The owner/founder, Mark Tersigni, CPA (Inactive), has the following experience:

• As VP of Investments, built/trained a team that underwrote and developed business plans for >$5bn of commercial real estate in Argus and Excel

• Started career as a CPA at a Big 4 Accounting Firm 

• Created and managed company corporate models, rolling up all properties to show corporate-level options while considering individual property plans

• Key contributor to the executive team and private equity owners on their options for all parts of the portfolio (>$1bn strategic transactions, >$1bn joint ventures, complex ground lease negotiations, addressing crossed loans, options for troubled properties approaching debt maturity)

• Was integral in the origination of a >$1bn SASB CMBS loan on ~40 open air retail properties

• Managed >$1bn of property level commercial mortgages (provided analysis for refinancing, extending, options at maturity, etc.)

• Responsible for reviewing all settlement statements for property sales to ensure accuracy and completeness, leveraging the former CPA background

• Experienced at working with all levels of every department within a commercial real estate company 

• Gained a significant number of national industry contacts, including 3rd party service providers

• Represented the investments team in company transformation processes, which included implementing new technology and changing cross-departmental procedures
