Since Hold Sell Advisors LLC d/b/a Complete Property Advisors offers hourly real estate analysis and consulting services, payments are made for time and expertise rendered.

• No refunds will be issued for any services (real estate analysis, consulting, etc.) already performed.

• Prepaid service packages, if any, are refundable only if canceled before work begins.
