  • ​​As VP of Investments, built and trained a team that underwrote and developed business plans for >$5bn of commercial real estate in Argus and Excel

  • Started career as a CPA at a Big 4 Accounting Firm 

  • Created and managed company corporate models, rolling up all properties to show corporate-level options while considering individual property plans

  • Key contributor to the executive team and private equity owners on their options for all parts of the portfolio (>$1bn strategic transactions, >$1bn joint ventures, complex ground lease negotiations, addressing crossed loans, options for troubled properties approaching debt maturity)

  • Was integral in the origination of a >$1bn SASB CMBS loan on ~40 open air retail properties
